1. **Free Exchange (Company Error)**  

   Free exchange of products is possible if the error is on our end. For example, if we provide a damaged product or a different size than the one you ordered. To avail of a free exchange, you must provide proof of the error, such as photos or order details.

2. **Paid Exchange (Customer Error)**  

   If the need for an exchange is due to a customer's mistake (e.g., wrong size ordered), an exchange is possible under 3 days with an additional fee. The exchange duty is:

   - 110 Tk for exchanges within Dhaka

   - 150 Tk for exchanges outside Dhaka  

 

   In the event that the requested size for an exchange is unavailable, customers will be required to choose a similarly priced product instead. **Monetary refunds are not possible** under any circumstances.
